Form View

The Form View basically comprises of 1X2 match analysis encompassing match ratings, % 1X2 probability calculation, historical encounters, best 1X2 odds and links to more detailed match information. The layout of the table is

From the above image, Match Date, League/Competition ID, Home Team, Away Team are self explanatory.

The 4 match ratings, Match Rateform, Match Recent Form, Match League Form, Match Combo Form provide at a glance various strengths and weakness of the home and away team.

In all 4 ratings, the more positive the rating value, the better the chance of a home win. When the rating value is greater than the pre-determined home win indicator value, the rating value is highlighted in green as shown in the image above. Likewise, the more negative the rating value, the greater chance of an away win, the rating value is highlighted in red when it is below the away win indicator value, as shown in the image below.

The % 1X2 Probability is displayed via the % colour coded bar ( 1 - Green, X - White, 2 - Red ). More details on the % 1X2 Probability calculation can be got in the Calculations Section.

The History column details the outcome of the last 10 league encounters between the teams. More details on how to read the History information can be got in the Calculations Section or by placing the mouse over the History heading in the actual column header of the Form View page.

The Odds columns, showing the default 1 X 2 can be user to view various odds formats : 1X2 | U/O 2.5 | Asian Handicaps | Arbitrage. A more in detail look at the Odds columns will follow the remaining two columns, results and links columns.

The Result column highlights the result of the match, highlighted in green for a home win, red for an away win. The results are highlighted in this manner to make it easy to view at a glance if the actual result corresponded to the ratings/probabilities indicators.

The Odds column can be viewed in 7 different formats :

The 1 X 2 columns by default show the Best 1X2 Odds. The Under2.5 Over 2.5 columns by default show the Best U/O 2.5 Goals Odds.

The Asian Handicap Odds columns by default show the Best Asian Handicap Odds for the 4 supported Asian Odds Types ( ½:0, ¼:0, 0:½ and 0:¼ ). The Asian Odds are calculated from the best 1X2 fixed odds available. Thus in the ½:0 scenario below, 65% of the stake would be placed on the best Home Win odds and the remaining 35% of the stake on the Best Draw odds, the combined bet would return 1.19 times the original total stake. Similarly, for the 0:¼ scenario, 85% of the stake would be placed on the best Away Win odds and the remaining 15% of the stake on the Best Draw odds, the combined bet would return 4.18 times the original total stake.

The Overround calculations can be used to determine arbitrage bets. All arbitrage opportunities are automatically highlighted when the overround falls below 1.0. The overround and the potential profit are displayed side by side. You can investigate the arbitrage opportunity by investigating the Odds Comparison and Analysis for the match in question.

The Odds Columns by default show the Best Odds for the odds type selected ( 1X2, U/O 2.5 etc..). However, the user may opt to view the odds from a particular Bookmaker or Betting Exchange. The image below highlights how to choose your selected bookmaker/betting exchange, the image shows that Betfair is selected.
